Time to Move! Badge

The Time to Move! badge, developed by the Finland on the Move program, encourages us to reduce sitting during meetings and events. The badge can be added to a meeting invitation or the opening slide as a reminder that it’s okay to stand up and move around during the session. In addition, there are five different characters that suggest movements to help break up sitting.

Help Me Learn – Playing and doing things together is a brochure that encourages families to move together. Research shows that an active lifestyle begins to form in early childhood. Physical activity supports a child’s overall development – motor skills, social relationships, and learning. Being active together enhances family well-being and resilience, and strengthens the interaction between parent and child

The fillable My physical activity form can be completed independently to describe and assess the current amount and variety of physical activity, as well as to create a plan to increase or diversify physical activity.

The form is aimed at people over 65. It can be used electronically or printed out and filled in by hand.
