The Time to Move! badge, developed by the Finland on the Move program, encourages us to reduce sitting during meetings and events.
The Time to Move! badge, developed by the Finland on the Move program, encourages us to reduce sitting during meetings and events. The badge can be added to a meeting invitation or the opening slide as a reminder that it’s okay to stand up and move around during the session. In addition, there are five different characters that suggest movements to help break up sitting.
