Just add movement is a concept of the Get Finland Moving programme gathering information and ideas to promote a more active lifestyle to people of all ages. The goal is to inspire people and communities to make more conscious and unconscious choices to add movement. The programme also aims to turn structures of the society to support physical activity more.
