‘Make a Move’ communication is suitable for organizations, workplaces and communities of all types and sizes. Anyone can initiate the promotion of everyday physical activity, but it is important to engage key community stakeholders in the communication.

Do you have tips, videos or instructions related to physical activity in daily life that you want to share with others? Add them to the Make a move material bank where they will be visible in the Get inspired section of the website. We also share materials in the social media channels and newsletter.’

Subscribe to the ‘Make a move’ newsletter (only in Finnish) and receive up-to-date information on the progress of the Get Finland Moving programme, new materials, and events. When posting about everyday physical activity on social media, tag your posts with #MakeAMove and #GetFinlandMoving
